Coastal getaway close to Copenhagen Enjoy relaxing vacation days by the water with family or friends. Here, you'll find nature, water views, a large terrace, and a lovely garden with plenty of space for play and relaxation. Here, tranquility and nature are combined with easy access to Copenhagen's restaurants, culture, and attractions. Take a trip to the Viking Ship Museum or find Thomas Dambo's giant wooden trolls. This is a place with room to be together and experience the true Danish summer cottage atmosphere. 1.5 km to the train station, supermarkets and restaurants. The space You step into an entryway with plenty of space for coats and shoes. From there, there is access to a room as well as the house's bathroom, which has a shower, washing machine, and dryer. From the entrance hall, you step into the heart of the house: the dining room, kitchen, and living room, with beautiful views of the garden and the water. From here, there is access to the terrace and the last two rooms (unfortunately, these cannot be completely darkened due to skylight windows). The house is located in a natural area and is primarily made of wood both outside and inside. It has several levels, so there are 4 places with a high step. We use the house ourselves as often as possible, so there are private items in the house. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire house and are welcome to read a book or play a game. Other things to note The house has some steps both outside and inside and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or wheelchairs. NO loud MUSIC in the evening after 10:00 p.m. No rentals for individuals under 25 years of age. No smoking inside. No animals allowed. NO EVENTS allowed.
