House directly to the beach, close to the S-train and shopping

Charming vacation home overlooking Køge Bay and direct access to a child-friendly sandy beach. Experience the vacation home atmosphere in this cozy house or outdoors on the large terrace with garden furniture. Perfect base if you want to experience Copenhagen's vibrant city life, but at the same time have access to tranquility and nature. Within 1.5 km you will find an S-train station, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The house is centrally located for excursions with 25 km to Copenhagen city center, Roskilde, Køge and Copenhagen Airport. The space You step into an entryway with plenty of space for coats and shoes. From there, there is access to a room as well as the house's bathroom, which has a shower, washing machine, and dryer. From the entrance hall, you step into the heart of the house: the dining room, kitchen, and living room, with beautiful views of the garden and the water. From here, there is access to the terrace and the last two rooms (unfortunately, these cannot be completely darkened due to skylight windows). The house is located in a natural area and is primarily made of wood both outside and inside. It has several levels, so there are 4 places with a high step. We use the house ourselves as often as possible, so there are private items in the house. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire house and are welcome to read a book or play a game. Other things to note The house has some steps both outside and inside and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or wheelchairs. NO loud MUSIC in the evening after 10:00 p.m. No rentals for individuals under 25 years of age. No smoking inside. No animals allowed. NO EVENTS allowed.
