The lodge is bespoke architecture with stylish interior features and is customised for groups with a 10 seater dining table and large media room for everyone to hangout together The space Coronet Lodge, Arthurs Point is a sophisticated, quiet, warm 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury lodge, sleeping up to 9 people comfortably. Ideal for up to two families or a small group of friends keen to ski, mountain bike and explore the best that Queenstown Lakes has on offer. This beautiful holiday home is surrounded by mountain views and is situated next to the stunning Shotover River. It is architecturally designed with a sustainable approach to all materials including underfloor and central heating, smart ventilation, and cooling solutions. Creating a warm comfortable stay in winter and with a new air-conditioning system installed in 2022, a cool welcome for those hot summer days. Coronet Lodge is a modern European inspired alpine home, architecturally designed to capture the mountain vistas and natural light. This well-appointed home offers an entertainers’ kitchen including French dining table for 10 people. A separate, large media room makes for a great kids retreat, with plenty of movies (Netflix) and ample choice of books, games and toys to play with. The large sliding glass doors flow easily onto a private garden, barbecue and outdoor lounging space. The house includes a ski rack, drying room and a full laundry. Coronet Lodge is conveniently located within 10 minutes’ drive to the Coronet Peak ski and mountain bike field. And a short walk to the famous Shotover Jet and Canyon Brewery, the Moonlight Trail head, the Onsen Hot Pools plus a variety of local bars and restaurants. There’s plenty to do in Arthurs Point without even stepping a foot inside Queenstown, which is a quick 5 minutes’ drive away with the spectacular Arrowtown only a 10 minutes, in the other direction. Alternatively, ride your bike along the new Queenstown Trails Network connecting you to Queenstown’s best mountain bike trails including the Coronet Loop, Rude Rock, Hot Rod and more. Coronet Lodge sits within a quiet rural-residential cul-de-sac, and is ideal for families with small children, having a playground within 50m that has a swing slide and other equipment. Bedding configuration: Downstairs: main lodge has 2x bedrooms with a shared family bathroom. * Large bedroom (sleeps 2) with super king or split to King Singles * Large bedroom (sleeps 4) with Super King or split King Singles plus a set of Bunks (suitable for children only) Please note: The main family bathroom linked to these bedrooms has a sunken bath and shower, which requires a step down but is perfect for soaking those tired muscles under the stary night sky. Plus, there’s an outdoor shower so you clean the mud off from your mountain bike adventures. Upstairs: main lodge has 1x master bedroom with ensuite. * Featuring a king bed (sleeps 2) and ensuite Detached: from main lodge Sleep-out x1 (outside room) - only available on request and when guest numbers exceed 6 * 1x built-in bunk bed. We recommend for children over 8 years of age, as it is detached from the main house. * This room shares the inside family bathroom. If you need extra room for an extended family trip, we are happy to discuss our neighbouring property, Atley Lodge which is located immediately next door. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house including a private fenced garden and one undercover car park and one extra car space onsite. There is access to off- street parking within 50m for additional parking if required. Other things to note This is a quiet residential street with many permanent residents. We appreciate you being respectful with noise levels and being considerate of our neighbours when parking. This home is not available for parties or events without permission. We’re locals, so please ask us for any insider tips and tricks. We can also advise on activities, bikes and hikes, the best local swimming hole, and other cool things to do. Inflatable Spa hire is available and we will be happy to do this on your behalf. Prices do vary depending on length of use, subject to availability and a terms and conditions agreement, with both supplier and the lodge. To maintain our standards and your comfort there is a compulsory mid stay clean for stays 10 nights or more. This will incur an additional cost of $115 for a clean of the high density areas - bathrooms/kitchen/dining or $165 should you wish new linen and towels.
