Two-story glass windows in the main living area allow you a full view of the beach. There is nothing between you, the sand, and the ocean! You will love waking up to a quiet cup of coffee in the terrace overlooking the ocean and the rainforest, plunging into one of the many pools, or simply enjoying the sun and breeze at the beach. Our beautiful beach front spacious vacation condo has 2,135 SF of outdoor and indoor space and features 3 bedrooms and 2- and one-half bathrooms. Enjoy a bottle of wine and some "tapas" in our expansive roof top terrace. With 700 square feet of space, you can enjoy both mountain and beach views. Outdoor living room, bar top table and a wet bar allows you to unwind after a long day at the beach, hiking nearby El Yunque National Rainforest or lounging at one of the many pools. As owners, we pride ourselves in providing a home environment for our guests. We provide linens, towels, and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen with friends. Enjoy dining indoors or outdoors with fabulous views. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has another queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second-floor loft has a convertible sofa bed. The condo has internet access (WI-FI). There is also free WI-FI available in the clubhouse that is just a few steps from the condo. There is a TV in the loft area equipped with “Chromecast” to allow you to stream online channels from your computer or mobile device. We have toys for the kids, including mini golf clubs and most of the beach accessories you will need for a beach trip. Air Conditioning is available throughout the whole condo along with ceiling fans. But please be mindful of Puerto Rico's fragile energy grid and high energy costs and turn off when not in use. The community has a very high standard of security. The entire complex is gated and all residents/visitors must be identified at the guardhouse prior to entry. There are 3 assigned parking spaces for registered guests - so, you'll always find your own parking space just outside the condo. Guest access Guests have access to all of the resort amenities in the condo complex, including several pools, hot tub, kids' pool, water slides and even a “lazy river', basketball courts, mini golf, tennis courts, playgrounds, clubhouse, and finally the Beach. The beach area is gated and requires a key (provided) for access. All guests are required to wear bracelets (issued by security) while in property. Failure to wear the bracelets may result in removal from the complex. We are not responsible for the availability of community amenities. Some amenities are only available on weekends or when lifeguard services are available. Details are provided in our digital guidebook. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking!! A $250 fee will be assessed from the deposit to cover additional smoke/cigarette smell removal expenses. If found smoking anywhere in the unit, your stay will be immediately terminated without refund/recourse. Major cellphones providers from the US work just fine in Puerto Rico. Some small phone companies, older Verizon contracts, and some 'pre-paid' contracts are subject to roaming – so, it’s best to check with your cellphone provider. Our maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please be mindful that babies, even newborns, count toward that limit. Guests are not allowed to bring visitors onto the community. There are no exceptions. If Aquatika management or security personnel asks you to vacate the condo for not following any of the rules, the reservation will be immediately cancelled without refund/recourse. Electricity in Puerto Rico, like in many islands, is very costly. About 66% higher than that of the mainland US. For this reason any excess consumption above the daily average of 75 kWh may be charged at the most recent rate published by the Puerto Rico Power Authority. Please help us stay green by turning off air conditioning units before leaving the apartment and by turning off TV and other appliances when not in use. We highly recommend renting a vehicle during your stay. This will make things easier for grocery shopping, especially for longer stays. Although you will never want to leave the resort, when you do venture out, you will need a car. Finally, we strongly suggest travel insurance. Aside from the events and catastrophes thrown at us by life, please consider that Puerto Rico is an island. As such, it is subjected to hurricanes and other incidents that may disrupt your travel plans. No refunds or cancellations will be issued outside of Airbnb's policies.
