The space This detached holiday home is located in a small family-run holiday park in Drenthe, surrounded by forests and heathland in the Drentsche Aa National Park. From the house you can start your cycling or hiking trips right away, while the central location between Assen and Emmen offers plenty of opportunities for day trips. Children will love the playground right in front of the house, while you enjoy the privacy and peace of the spacious garden. The ground floor features a bright living room with seating area, dining table and access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped (incl. induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle). In the utility room you will find a washing machine, dryer and an additional fridge-freezer. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: two rooms with comfortable double boxspring beds (160 cm × 200 cm) and one room with two single beds (90 cm × 200 cm). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Families will appreciate the extra amenities such as a stair gate, high chair, children’s tableware, toys, a baby/toddler bath and a potty. In the master bedroom there is also a desk with chair – ideal for working with a stable WiFi connection. Outside you will find a 610 m² garden with a sunny terrace, electric sunshade, lounge set and sun loungers. Parking is available on the driveway (2 cars), additional spaces are available at the reception. Guest access Guests have access to the entire holiday home and the private garden with terrace, lounge set and sun loungers. The utility room with washing machine, dryer and extra fridge-freezer is also available. Parking is possible directly at the house (2 cars), with additional spaces at the reception.
