Polzeath House, 5 minutes walk to the beach

Designed and built in 2017 by award-winning local architects, Carve is available for week long lets. It is an ideal house place for a large family with an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen on each level. There are 4 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms and a double sofa bed in the downstairs living area to comfortably sleep 10 people. Both the balcony upstairs and patio downstairs have views to Polzeath beach and Stepper point. The space Carve is located in a quiet no-through road in Polzeath but is just a five minute walk from the beach. There is off road parking for 2 cars with plenty of free on road parking for other vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and garden. Other things to note Carve is an ideal place to stay if you have a larger family. Parents and grandparents will probably enjoy staying upstairs most, with its separate open plan living/dining/kitchen area. It has its own television, Sonos music system and Wi-Fi network. You can enjoy the views of the sea and Stepper point from the balcony. Downstairs teenagers have a separate area to enjoy with its own Sonos system and TV and Wifi network. The downstairs kitchen is a great place to prepare food for a barbecue on the terrace. There is of course enough room for a large family to be altogether either upstairs or downstairs. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom also has a bath in the dressing area. The master bedroom has great views to the sea and its own music system to allow you to enjoy the view and listen to music from the bed or the bath There is a 5th shower off the Utility room which is great for showering when coming in from the beach. The floors upstairs are laid with oak flooring and downstairs there is a polished concrete floor with some rugs making it practical for seaside living. The beds are made up before you arrive. There are bath towels, hand towels and beach towels provided for your use. There is no extra fee for laundry. The cleaning fee is included in the week's rental price. There are 2 washing machines and one dryer. There are wall mounted and free standing drying racks. Access to the beach: There is an unsurfaced road, which you can use to get to the beach avoiding the main road through the village. It’s 5minutes walk to the Spar shop, restaurants in Polzeath and the beach. It’s fine to leave the car at home and walk down to the beach with your board under your arm and wetsuit on. Polzeath beach is a great place to be but if it has all got a bit too much and you want to enjoy some peace and quiet outside, then the balcony, patio or garden is a lovely place to relax and enjoy your holiday.
