Pepito’s Homestay is located at the heart of General Luna near famous restaurants and stores that are only a few mins walk away! We aim to fill this place with local art over time and provide a unique and relaxing experience to our guests. ✧ ✧ Enjoy our poolside deluxe room with sliding door opening to our wooden veranda and plunge pool! The space ☼ Private bathroom ☼ Pool access ☼ Parking for bikes ☼ Shared kitchen ☼ 1st floor have 3 deluxe rooms beside the pool ☼ 2nd floor have 4 rooms with their own balcony *All Poolside Rooms are the same, you cannot choose which room to specifically book. but all 3 rooms are facing the pool. Guest access Shared kitchen, lounge and pool area. Other things to note ✻ CHECK IN: 2pm ✻ CHECK OUT: 11am ✻ When using the kitchen, please clean as you go. ✻ Label your food in the refrigerator. We are not responsible for any food stolen. ✻ Pool time: 8am - 9pm ✻ NO diving. Pool is only 4ft. Children should ALWAYS be accompanied by an adult. ✻ No loud noises after 8pm. Please be respectful of other guests. ✻ Only guests are allowed to stay inside the room and use amenities. ✻ Pls lock your door as you go. Be mindful of your belongings when using the lounge area.
