Enjoy a relaxing stay in this unique and tranquil accommodation. Surrounded by mountains and nature, this beautiful villa boasts captivating architecture. Located in Pinos de Alhaurín, the most privileged area of Alhaurín de la Torre in Malaga, it offers an exceptional experience. The space VILLA VICTORIA, bright and elegant, is a true contemporary Andalusian masterpiece, accommodating up to 10 people. With its 350 square meters, this house offers generous private space, composed of multiple independent areas ideal for sharing special moments with friends or family. The ground floor of VILLA VICTORIA features a spacious living room with kitchen and terrace, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a large bath, shower, bidet, and toilet. Additionally, a small bedroom with shower and toilet is also present. On the upper floor, which can be completely independent, there is another living/dining area with a private entrance and a terrace with a dining table. This living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Two large bedrooms with very comfortable double beds and two bathrooms with toilet, bidet, shower, and bathtub complete this floor. From here, you can access the upper part of the garden where an outdoor jacuzzi surrounded by ancient rocks awaits you for moments of absolute relaxation. Under ideal conditions, VILLA VICTORIA is equipped with a reversible air conditioning system and flat-screen TVs. Both kitchens are fully equipped, and the villa also has satellite TV and stable Wi-Fi connection. Inside the property, you will find parking for several cars, as well as a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, spacious terraces with tables, a poolside bar and barbecue area, and a solarium. Soak up the sun on loungers with a good book, enjoy a meal under the centuries-old trees, or unwind in the jacuzzi with a glass of champagne. This villa is the perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and tranquility. This year, we have created a leisure area in our garden, with a pool table and darts, for even more fun in good company. The exclusive urbanization of Pinos de Alhaurín is nestled in the highest part of Alhaurín de la Torre, just 10 kilometers from the beaches of Guadalmar or Torremolinos. This villa offers a perfect balance between country and city life, thanks to its excellent accessibility along the Camino Viejo de Málaga. Malaga Airport is only 15 minutes away by car, and the center of Marbella is 55 km away. Alhaurín de la Torre offers all the shops and services you may need, such as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. There are numerous activities in the surrounding area, including golf, the famous Jarapalo shooting center, the Oriental Garden Bienquerido, Sunview Park with one of the longest zip lines in Europe, children's parks, equestrian centers, and the new Outlet just a 15-minute drive away! Guest access The villa has indoor parking for 4 to 5 cars. It is recommended to have a vehicle to get around and fully enjoy the area. Other things to note At the moment, we have closed the interior door that separates the house into two parts, as most guests have preferred this arrangement. The two areas remain connected via the exterior passage, so this change does not significantly affect the layout. We just wanted to mention it for your information.
