Adventure Townhome: Large 3 Bedroom Townhome

Located in the stunning Reunion Resort and Golf Club, this incredibly spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is full of fun for the whole family! This townhome is inspired by the wonders and adventures of places like Disney's Animal Kingdom and Adventureland! This home also has two balconies, a patio downstairs, a full kitchen, a living room, and laundry area. Just a short walk from the home is the lovely community pool area. Looking to have an adventurous trip? Come stay at Adventure Townhome! The space When you first walk into the home, you are immediately greeted by the townhome's large interior. To the left of the front door is the closet containing the unit's washer and dryer. There is a bucket of powder laundry detergent available for guests. Straight ahead, there are the two entrances to each of the two downstairs bedrooms, along with their attached bathrooms. The first bedroom is the secondary master bedroom. When you first walk into the bedroom, you enter a small hall area which includes the entrance into the Roman-styled bathroom. This secondary master has decor inspired by Disney's Adventureland area of Magic Kingdom, with wall art, statues and plush curtain monkeys adorning the room. This room has a king bed, two nightstands, two lamps, an armchair, and a dresser that contains the bedroom's TV. The secondary master bathroom has a large garden tub that looks into the bedroom from the large opening in the wall. Beside the tub is the sink and vanity. Next to the sink is another separate area dedicated to the toilet and stand-alone shower. Towels and a bar of soap are provided to guests. The next bedroom is the kid's bedroom. This is located next to the secondary master. (This room is closest to the stairs and laundry area.) Much like the secondary master, you enter the bedroom through another small hall area. Inside this hall area is a closet and the entrance into the kid's bathroom. Once inside the bedroom, there are two twin beds, a single nightstand and lamp, some books, a large desk and chair, and a dresser that contains the bedroom's TV. The desk is perfect for those who are doing school while on vacation or for those who are working remotely. The Jungle Cruise inspires this room, with the accent pillows having the boats from the attraction and the addition of more curtain monkeys. The kid's bathroom is adorned with adorable baby jungle animals on the walls and shower curtains! This bathroom has a toilet, sink and vanity, and a bathtub/shower. Towels and a bar of soap are provided to guests. It's important to note that both downstairs bedrooms have access to the downstairs patio, as they each have large sliding glass doors. For the safety of children, door alarms are on all sliding doors leading to the downstairs patio. The sliding doors are also locked prior to each family's arrival. Once you check in, and you wish to enjoy the patios, feel free to unlock the doors, and (at your discretion) turn off the door alarms using the side switch on the alarm. If the alarms are not working properly during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible. The staircase going to the upper level of the house is located right next to the laundry area. There are two flights of stairs. Once you are at the second level of the house, you walk down the hall/welcome area. There is a welcome table with an exotic looking plant. On the table is our guest binder and our guest sign-in book. The sign in book is a replica of the scrapbook from Pixar's "Up"! Inside the guest binder (or sometimes right next to it), are the key cards to access "The Cove", which is where the community pool, gym and bar and grill are located. Please do not lose these cards, as there is a fee to replace them. Looking straight down from the welcome table is the rest of the house. To the right is the kitchen! This kitchen has beautiful granite counters and various amenities. These amenities include a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, a Crock-Pot, toaster, blender, a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, and a variety of dishes, silverware, kitchen tools and towels. Coffee and tea are provided to guests. Beyond the kitchen is the dining area and living room. This dining table seats four. The living room has a large couch, a separate armchair, a TV with a TV console, a floor lamp, an end table with a table lamp, and a coffee table. There are a variety of books for guests to enjoy located inside the TV console. There is a door that opens to the first upstairs balcony. On the first balcony, there is a garden table and two chairs. To the left of the living room is the entrance into the master bedroom. This master bedroom has a closet, a king bed, two nightstands, two lamps, an armchair, and a dresser that contains the bedroom's TV. The master bedroom has access to the second upstairs balcony! This master bedroom has an attached bathroom, and the master garden tub is right by the bed! The carpet floor transitions to tile as you make your way to the large tub. Beside the tub is a door that leads to the rest of the bathroom. The rest of the bathroom is massive, and it includes a toilet, a sink and vanity, and a large newly remodeled stand-alone shower! This bathroom has a second entrance from the main hall across from the kitchen. Towels and a bar of soap are provided to guests. Guest access *There are 2 locked closets in the house that guests have no access to. These closets are locked and are for staff use only. *Guests are not to tamper with the home’s Air Conditioner units under any circumstances. *Guests do not have access to Reunion Water Park. Adventure Townhome is in the gorgeous Reunion Resort! This home is in the Seven Eagles area of the resort, so our guests have access to the following resort amenities: *The Cove, which includes: -the community pool -gym -bar and grill The key cards for the pool are located next to, or inside, the guest binder upstairs in the house. Please do not lose these cards, as there will be a fee to replace them. The parking lot has two reserved spots in front of the home, and they are for you! Guests also have access to the dumpster to dispose of garbage during their stay. It's in the parking lot down a way from the house. Other things to note Every guest is to follow the checkout procedure that is implemented in the house. Failure to follow the checkout list and the house rules results in losing the $400 security deposit. This is the checkout list: 1. Bag up ALL the garbage in the house, including the bathroom waste cans, and set it in the trashcan(s) outside. 2. Strip all the sheets, comforters, and pillowcases off all the beds THAT WERE USED DURING YOUR STAY and start the first load of towels. Please leave the mattress protectors on the beds unless they have been soiled. 3. Load the dishwasher and start it with all the dirty dishes used. Pool heat can be added to your stay for an additional separate fee. Mid-Dakota Handyman and Cleaning have thoroughly studied and utilized Airbnb's five-step enhanced cleaning process to help you and your family feel comfortable while staying with us. All of the bedding in the house that's used, including the comforters and quilts, are all washed and sanitized before the next guests come in. High contact areas such as remotes, light switches, door knobs, kitchen appliances, etc. are all cleaned and sanitized using products recommended by experts. The bathrooms are meticulously cleaned and disinfected, and the toilets are even given a sanitization seal across the seat. Our cleaners wear masks when they go in to clean the home, and wear the proper protective gear required of them. The home is also sprayed down with a disinfectant spray multiple times throughout the cleaning and sanitizing process, while also airing the house out as much as possible by opening windows and doors.
