The unit includes dedicated guest parking in the driveway and a fenced-in private patio, offering a peaceful retreat away from the main house. Please note, as this studio is located beneath a family home, some noise from above may be heard. The space This is a dog friendly home, all pets must be approved and a $100 pet fee is due after time of booking. This fee is used to remove any/all evidence your furry friend was ever there. We provide extra cleaning and run an ozone machine to remove any odors that may be left behind out of courtesy for future guests who may not be bringing a pet. Please be sure to add your pet count in the reservation. You have your own parking spot on the side of the house that connects to a walkway going to the entrance to the unit. To UNLOCK the door, enter the code, and you will hear the deadbolt unlock. To LOCK the door when you leave, close the door tightly and press the Schlage button at the top. Please note that entering your code when the door is unlocked will also lock the door.
