The apartment can be entered independently (self check-in) at the time that suits you best, with access using a unique code. The apartment is air-conditioned and has a covered terrace – a loggia from which you can enjoy a partial view of the sea, the harbor and the marina. One parking space is provided in front of the building in the parking lot under the ramp. The 28 m2 apartment consists of a bedroom, a modern bathroom and a well-equipped small kitchen. Upon confirmation of the reservation, we will send the guest precise instructions on how to get to the property, the building entrance code and the code to access the apartment keys and the magnetic card to enter through the parking ramp. Other things to note The studio apartment is pet friendly, and with prior notice and additional payment for cleaning, we will be happy to host your pets. Our guests can, for a fee, use a large outdoor pool with a direct view of the sea and the island of Krk, which is located within the Marina Novi (across the roundabout, 100 m from the apartment), the only marina on the Adriatic that has the highest category of 5 sails. The pool is located on a two-level sun terrace of almost 800 m2, and the price includes all-day use of sun loungers. The pool is freshwater and has hydro-massage effects, it is connected to the restaurant and is a great place to relax.
