Beautiful Cosy House with Hot Tub
Description
This special place is close to everything but away from traffic and noise at the same time. The street leading to the house is a dead end so there is no real traffic. You have easy access to main areas of both uptown Paphos and the lower part of Paphos. By car everything is 5 minutes away, on foot you need 15-20 minutes to reach the old town centre or the harbour area. The space This beautiful little house is a blend of different materials and techniques. Because of this it gives you a warm feeling of a mountain cabin, the energetic vibe of a beer garden or even the posh atmosphere of a fancy restaurant. Guest access Guests have access to a private parking spot at the back of the small complex. The front door is also at the back and away from the road. The guests have access to all rooms and the beautiful private outdoor area. There is a small planted canopy at the main entrance with a small storage area. The storage is used to keep extra chairs, a big umbrella for the garden, a broom and mop etc. The storage is accessible from the outside of the house and i also use it to keep some tools. You can consider it as a shared storage since i might use it also if needed but even if i do use it there is no real interference with the rest of the house. Other things to note There is a kiosk and a big fruit market/supermarket 5 minutes walk from the house. In the same street as the fruit market you can find a souvlaki shop, gyros shop, various bakeries etc. A minute further there is a big electronics shop and if you follow the road you find yourself at the mall of paphos which is 10-15 minutes walk from the house. Because the house has a wood burning stove i recommend winter guests to let me know in advance if they want me to supply some firewood. This unfortunately will be charged accordingly.
