4060 is a one of a kind, Artists home in Louisville KY. Each room has been lovingly curated and designed, with no detail overlooked. The owner, an Exhibitions Specialist with the Smithsonian Institution; has created a comfortable, livable art installation. On the main level you will find a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen; an amazing paneled dining room; unique bathroom; and two bedrooms. The basement level houses a dedicated workspace, lounge area, the third bedroom, and laundry. Guest access The house is self-check in and you will have the entire property to yourself during your stay as we will be available as needed but not on-site at the property. The property has three floors and a large yard with outdoor living space. The main floor has the kitchen, dining, and living rooms along with the two main bedrooms. There is a additional lounge area, dedicated workspace, and bedroom on the lower level along with the W/D and storage areas. However, there are a few areas that guest do not have access to and which are/should be locked. There is no access to… - the top floor of the main house found behind door # 3 in the green hallway - the storage units located by the W/D in the basement. - the garage/studio space behind the outdoor living area in the backyard. - the storage space behind the garage/studio Other things to note At the moment we are having a Autumn sale in the front yard of 4060, we are selling pumpkins, mums, and other fall produce. We do not need access to the house to do this and upon booking you have the entire home to yourself.
