4060 is a one of a kind, Artists home in Louisville KY. Each room has been lovingly curated and designed, with no detail overlooked. The owner, an Exhibitions Specialist with the Smithsonian Institution; has created a comfortable, livable art installation. On the main level you will find a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen; an amazing paneled dining room; unique bathroom; and two bedrooms. The basement level houses a dedicated workspace, lounge area, the third bedroom, and laundry. Guest access The house is self-check in and you will have the entire property to yourself during your stay as we will be available as needed but not on-site at the property. The property has three floors and a large yard with outdoor living space. The main floor has the kitchen, dining, and living rooms along with the two main bedrooms. There is a additional lounge area, dedicated workspace, and bedroom on the lower level along with the W/D and storage areas. However, there are a few areas that guest do not have access to and which are/should be locked.
