Home in Dayton

Chic Boutique is a lovely home in the heart of Dayton. Close to downtown, University of Dayton and both Miami Valley and Kettering hospitals. Our home is completely renovated and ready for your family to enjoy. We also have a fenced yard and parking in the driveway as well as on the street. You will love the private outdoor space for BBQ's or a cozy night lounging around the firepit. The kitchen is fully stocked for meal prep, and the kitchen table expands to seat 8 people. Relax and Enjoy! The space Lets start in the upstairs bedroom, which includes a king bed as well as an office space. From there we travel to the main level which includes two addition bedrooms and the bathroom. The main bedroom on the first floor has a tv and a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed. The living room is finished with a couch and two club chairs, as well as a large screen tv. We are adding a second bathroom in the basement which we hope to have finished soon. Guest access The main areas of the home are all on the first level, including two of the three bedrooms. Upstairs is another bedroom and office space. In the basement we have the laundry area and soon to be adding a second bathroom in that space. Other things to note Outside we have a fire pit and 6 Adirondack chairs and some firewood for your outdoor relaxation. We have a grill and a table that seats six plus some additional furniture to sit and relax. The yard is completely fenced with build in lighting. We also have some cute lighting over the sitting area that you can just plug in and enjoy. The driveway is large so that you don’t have to park on the street. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. You should be able to relax and enjoy.
