Equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower. A/C, TV, PRIVATE PARKING. Private unheated swimming pool discovered in general at the end of April ( no invitation to friends / family). Shopping area about 1 km away. Bakery, bus nearby. Close to lakes. Nigloland. No Wi-Fi. No gatherings or parties allowed. The space it's a studio, so there's no separate room. Guest access The adjoining courtyard is reserved for my guests so they can park their vehicle. Other things to note Guests must request to book, which I can accept or decline. Guests who occupy the property are those who have booked.
