Stay in our cozy home, kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that's a 10 minute walk to Bidwell park/One Mile Recreational Pool, a hop on the freeway, and about a mile and a half from downtown! Enjoy the backyard patio while you sip your coffee. If a closer swimming pool interest you, then walk next door and swim. The Overpass divides both houses, it will still feel like you have your own privacy from where you will be staying. The space This house has three bedrooms and one full bath. Each room has a queen size bed and four pillows for each bed. Two of the rooms have ceiling fans. You have a full kitchen with all basic amenities such as salt and pepper, and coffee. Living room has two couches Wi-Fi and Flex streaming. You also have a full laundry room. The backyard is huge (house sits on 1/3 acre) and has a seating area. If a pool is your thing, come over and walk next door. Guest access You have access to the whole house, but currently the back room (which is a bonus room) is out of commission. Other things to note The bonus room is out of commission.
