The space For our French travelers: ➤ Our accommodation is a 300 m2 villa on the heights of St Gély du Fesc from where you will enjoy magnificent views of all the heights of the village. Its surface area and functional layout gives you all the necessary comfort. ➤ The accommodation is suitable for ten people who want to enjoy access to the Montpellier hinterland giving you the opportunity to take magnificent hikes and nature activities (climbing, canoeing...) while being close to all amenities (places of sightseeing, all shops in the center of the village) ➤ The accommodation, air-conditioned, is ideal for a family with children, several couples or a group of friends, who want to enjoy the comfort of our home. On the other hand, the many stairs make the house not suitable for young children and PRMs. ➤ The lounge area is 80 m² very cocooning, tastefully decorated and equipped with a flat screen TV, two very comfortable L-shaped sofas. The dining table can seat 10 people, ideal for family dinners. ➤ The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, pots, pans, dishes, oven, coffee machine, utensils... We leave at your disposal basic condiments such as: Sugar, salt, pepper, coffee... For your comfort as soon as you arrive. ➤ The sleeping area, is divided into five bedrooms that all have hotel-quality bedding: three of them are master suites with beds in 160 or 140 and their private bathroom. Two other bedrooms have a 140 bed and share a shower room. ➤ Our four bathrooms have all the necessary equipment to satisfy you with an additional toilet. ➤ Toilet towels are at your disposal. We also provide all household linen. Please note that a washing machine is available in the property. ➤ A game room with games (darts, Japanese billiards...) and sports equipment (rower, abdo table) will be at your disposal next to the pool. ➤ The garden has two spaces: a covered deck at the front overlooking the pool pool with its wooden deck and villag view. A terrace at the back of the house on the garden side where you will enjoy the barbecue, ping pong table, trampoline, soccer cage and boulodrome that will occupy your stay. ➤ Wi-Fi is free and secure. You will be able to work remotely in complete peace of mind if needed. The accommodation has a dedicated workspace. ➤ The accommodation is completely NON-SMOKING. Penalties may be applied to you if a smell of smoke is present in the apartment when you leave. ➤ The cleanliness of the accommodation is one of our main requirements.
