The Space: BEDROOMS - Overlooking a stunning backdrop of the Himalayan hills, this colonial home has 6 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor, and 2 on the second floor. - Each brimming with chic red-wood interiors, the rooms offer a plethora of amenities such as a king-sized bed, extra mattress, Wi-Fi, AC, wardrobe, heater and an electric kettle. - The room on the ground floor offers a queen-sized bed. - One room on the first floor and one room on the second floor have a balcony each. - Wake up to the whistling of the cool northern winds, and the verdurous views of the valley and garden offered in each room here. - All these well-furnished rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 6 ensuite bathrooms. - All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - With a spacious layout that favours larger groups of people, the interiors of this colonial-styled home are furnished with wooden decor. - These red-wood furnishings stand out quite vividly in comparison to the mellowed-down verdant pastels of the stunning valley backdrops. - The spacious living room on the ground floor is adorned with snuggly sofas that can accommodate up to 10 people. - Adding a tinge of plushness, this room offers a variety of plush amenities such as a portable music system, heater, AC, TV, Wi-Fi access, and a wired CCTV camera. - Make your way through the living room to the dining area which is a component of it. - It offers ample seating space for up to 6 people and is equipped with a heater. - The first floor of this property also features a cosy seating space with just adjacent to it. - This living area on the upper level features snug sofas that can accommodate up to 6 people at a time. - Offering an abundance of cosy nooks and spacious seatings, the ground floor of this quaint chalet also features a patio. - Complete with wooden furnishings, this patio offers the best views of the star-studded skies and the valley below. - The first and second floor offers a common balcony that overlooks the picturesque Himalayan peaks. - The ground floor also has a porch area that leads its way to the lush exteriors of this colonial home. - As vivid as the interiors of the property is, they seamlessly blend with the well-manicured lush exteriors of this property. - Encircled by 2 such lush lawns, both of them cover an area of about 2500 sq.ft and 1500 sq.ft each. - Comfortable seating can be arranged for up to 15 guests on the lawn. - Guests can breathe in the cool, clean air while engaging their friends in fun outdoor games on the lawn. KITCHEN - Guests can access the kitchen for an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per day. Groceries for the same will be charged as per actuals. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate, mixer, and grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - A cook can be arranged to prepare in-house meals which include lunch and dinner for an additional charge of Rs. 3000 per day. - Groceries for the same will be charged as per actuals. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use. - A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of 2 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The road leading up to the villa is steep. Due to the steepness of the approach road, heavy vehicles such as bus or mini bus are requested not to enter the approach road. - This is a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support light and fan for up to 4 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Loud music is strictly not allowed post 10 PM. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living room for security purposes. - This is a standalone property. Please note that cash transactions are not allowed at the property. All the transactions made at the property are to be paid through bank transfer/ UPI/ Paytm only. - Please note that the premises of this property is not equipped with an AC.
