Waterfront home with plenty of space overlooking Lake Placid in Seguin. Our single story home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There is an outside bonus room that has an extra queen bed, shuffle board, table size casino games, two stationary bikes darts and workspace. The kitchen is stocked with items for cooking during your stay. Minutes from New Braunfels and a quick drive to San Antonio, Austin, and the Texas Hill Country. The space The master bedroom has a king bed and a connected bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The third room has a king bed with a twin trundle/day bed. The second and third rooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom. Each bedroom had generous closet space. There is an additional sleeping space in the outdoor room, a queen bed. The outdoor room has a window unit and a portable AC unit. There are 2 living areas, a dining room, a kitchen with cooking essentials, and an outdoor living area with a shuffleboard table, darts, sitting area, and table size casino games. There are a total of five smart TV's in the house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, aside from the attached garage and outdoor shed which are locked. Other things to note No pets are allowed on the property. This property is located on Lake Placid, which is a dammed off part of the Guadalupe River. Lake Placid's Dam failed to respond after a large amount of rain in October 2021 and current water levels are back to that of the natural river. We have stairs and a path leading all the way down to the river bed where you can enjoy kayaking, tubing, paddle boarding and other water activities. A waiver is available to guests at check - in. Once signed and the property manager notified, the code to access the stairs/waterfront will be provided. Pictures in the listing reflect current water levels. Property is located right off I10, providing easy access from nearby attractions and cities. By Texas state law we have to collect Hotel Occupancy Tax. State 6%, County 7%, Currently, Airbnb only collects the State tax, so you will see an additional 7% collected for your reservation.
