The Gio suite is a beautiful spacious studio close to LGA but far from the noise. It's a 25-minute ride to Manhattan. Woodside is diverse in cultures and central to Astoria, Jackson Hts, where you can enjoy different restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. Walking distance on Northern Blvd there are banks, fast food places, and a liquor store. The trains are on 74 street & Roosevelt where you can catch several going into Manhattan. I can provide maps to help you navigate your trips. The space Welcome to The Gio a spacious private ground-floor studio apartment (not a basement apt) where you can relax in the comfort of a clean space that provides very comfortable bedding, like fresh new pillows and linens for a good night's sleep. There is an A/C to be sure the temperature is just right. You also have a full kitchen if you should want to unwind from a long day with a cold beverage and/or prepare, refrigerate or reheat leftovers in the kitchen. The back door leads to the yard. However, there is no access as the yard as it is being worked on slowly and will not be ready until maybe Sept/Oct 2022. ****If you are driving in/renting a car I may be able to help you with street parking but I can't guarantee it. Guest access Guests have full access to the studio but not the yard. As it's not ready! Other things to note The space is very nice and we want you to enjoy your stay but we ask that you respect the unit as if it was your home. There is no loud music after 9 pm. No partying in the unit. No smoking or drug use is allowed in the unit. No unauthorized guests in the unit. AND PLEASE NO SHOES IN THE UNIT!!!
