My house is near parks , restaurants and supermarkets . On the balcony you have great views of Schwabing and the Olympia Tower . You'll love my accommodation for the outdoor space , the location and the surroundings. Please book only if you give so agree seit. Bad reviews there after is not fair. I have a video surveillance in the kitchen, as it was increasingly stealing. Please note that although the photos show a bed, this has been replaced with a sofa bed. So there is NO more bed in the room! The space My apartment has two rooms and an exotic, oriental touch. I place great importance on relaxation and well-being. You can use the kitchen and bathroom, but please ask me if you have anything larger planned. I am usually at home or out with friends. The house rules are posted in your room, as is access to the Wi-Fi. I do not have a safe or a key to lock your room. I have removed the bed shown in the photos, and there is now a sofa bed in the room where you will sleep. There is also an additional mattress on the floor for a third guest. If you have any questions, please feel free to write to me at any time. Guest access Of course, you can use the kitchen and bathroom. However, please ask if you would like to use my private room. During your stay You can ask me everything, but to be honest I'm not a tourist guide who'd make a sightseeing tour.
