This small cottage is located in the sunny and quiet area of Sa Figuera in Port de Sóller, at only 20 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes by car. The cottage is well equipped and totally renovated offering nice outdoor space and access to a shared pool. It is part of a larger property with two more cottages so the pool area is shared but each cottage has its own outdoor space. Plenty of parking area. Property is enclosed and secured.
