In the Småland village Rumskulla, an apartment with 2 rooms and kitchen can be rented, located on the first floor with its own entrance. The peaceful place is located 20 km from Vimmerby where Astrid Lindgren's World can be visited, 10 km from Mariannelund where a well-stocked grocery store and market candy are available and 2 km to the nearest swimming lake. In the nearby area, there is Emil in Lönneberga and the children in Bullerbyn. Around the house, you have the beautiful hiking trail Sevedeleden with varied nature. In the area, you can also see Europe's oldest oak. The space All modern facilities are available. Free wifi and TV with Chromecast. The sleeping areas offered are a double bed (200×140 cm with a large bed sheet) and a bunk bed (200×90 cm overlaf, 200x140 cm underslaf). There is also access to a travel cot and high chair if required. Incidentally, there are some board games, books and comic books. Across the street is a playground and on our garden we have a trampoline. In the basement there is a charcoal grill and some outdoor games. We offer free car parking in the yard and a patio with evening sun. A washing machine and dryer is available in the basement and is shared with the landlord. Sheets and towels are not included in the price but are brought yourself. However, it is possible to rent for a fee of 200 SEK per person and sheet set as well as SEK 50 per person and towel set. The fee is paid to the host on site. Cleaning is included in the price. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Guest access In addition to the apartment, you have free access to the entire garden with outdoor patios. At the garage, a box of outdoor games is available. Free parking in the designated place. Freezer and laundry room are in the basement, which is shared with the host. In the basement, there is also a barbecue to use outdoors. Other things to note The accommodation is open for booking from May 26 to September 25. If you wish to book the accommodation during the winter months, please message us first.
