You’ll be greeted by a staircase that will bring you up to the main living area complete with a 65-Inch Smart TV, dining room, and a kitchen fully-equipped with everything you need for your cooking and baking adventures. Should you need to work or answer emails, you can close the door on your private office space with a strong WIFI connection.  The office space is equipped with pens, paper clips, and sticky notes to help you as you work remotely. The upper deck is located off the kitchen and provides a large area to lounge after a long day of exploring. A lower-level family room with a TV, built-in storage, and a window seat filled with toys and games for family fun. The laundry room is available and is also located on the first floor. Go to the park or take a walk on trails at Sharon Woods Metro Park nearby; should you get dirty on your excursions, there is a washer and dryer to make your stay more comfortable. Relax in the evenings on the first-floor patio or on the second-floor deck! Freshen up before bed in one of the 2.5 bathrooms and finally, retire to one of the three bedrooms or pull-out couch.  Outdoors We are a short bike ride away from the park and trails of Sharon Woods Metro Park. Enjoy good fishing, bike riding, running and playing at Alum Creek, Hoover Reservoir, the Olentangy Trail, Alum Creek Trail, Antrim Lake, Innis Woods Metro Park, Blendon Woods Metro Park, Highbanks Metro Park, and Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park (all 10-15 minutes away). Baby and Child Friendly We understand the importance of having what you need when traveling with children! We provide our guests with one single twin bed, one twin/queen bunk bed and a pack-and-play for little ones to sleep. We also have plastic bowls, cups, plates, spoons, rocking chair, stool, and a high chair for the baby's and children's needs. Additionally, we cover outlets to protect tiny fingers, have built-in and removable baby gates, and provide children’s books, toys and games. These are all sanitized after every guest experience for cleanliness. Children will enjoy playing in the living room, family room or in the backyard! We also have a library in walking distance and parks close by. Artwork and History We support Ohio artists and we love Ohio history! You will find unique antiques, art work and repurposed furniture by some of Ohio’s artists and from Ohio history. Outdoor We have a fire pit in the back yard and a garden in front. Parking Park two cars in the driveway; street parking is ample! The entire home is available except for the garage. The spacious upper deck has a large grill and is accessible from the kitchen. The private backyard and flower garden accessible from the downstairs living room. We lived in this house for over 3 years and now live right down the street. We will touch base with you once you're checked in to see if you need aything. We are available any time if something comes up or you have any questions. The neighborhood is working families and is up-and-coming. We are extremely close to 71, 161 and 270. The location makes it easy to get to just about anywhere in Columbus. Our neighbors are fantastic as well! We are located within a short, 10-15 minute drive to the Columbus Zoo, OSU, the Convention Center, OSU Fairgrounds, Westerville, Easton, and Polaris. We are conveniently located at 161 and I-71. Grocery stores and within 5-10 minutes and some fast food and local restaurants are in walking distance. Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the house. Guests can use cigarette receptacles outside the home for cigarette butts. Ceiling Height Some ceilings are 7-8 feet in height.  Stairs The main living area and kitchen are accessed by a flight of stairs.  Other Parties and loud music are not permitted, in alignment with AirBnb’s Global Party Ban.  We provide a first-aid kit. This is a smoke-free, pet-free home. The home is near fast food and a busy intersection, so there can tend to be some exterior noise. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home for your safety. Quiet hours are after 8pm, as this is a neighborhood with families.  Utilities are not unlimited during long-term stays. Only low to moderate utility usage is included. Electric and gas charges over $150/month will be the responsibility of the guest. Internet and cable TV are fully included in the rental rate. For stays over 30 days, utilities from the 2nd month until the end of the stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
