Beautiful and spacious free standing family home with a big garden. Close to the dunes and within 15 minutes by bike you're on the beach. Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Haarlem are 30 minutes away by train or car. The house has a large living area with wood stove. There''s a sunny garden with a big a trampoline. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 people. A 5 minute walk will take you to the forest and dunes and it's only a 15 minute bike ride (with the bikes that are present at the house) to the beach of Castricum. The station is 5 minutes away and from there you are at Amsterdam Central station within half an hour. Ground floor: The spacious modern living room has a wood stove and is fully equipped. Behind the kitchen is a second living room with a second sofa and second television and games for the children. Through the patio doors you enter the sunny, spacious garden with a large trampoline (3.6 meters wide). The Weber BBQ is waiting for you in the back of the garden Through a door you enter the utility room where there is a second refrigerator and washing machine. This is also where our bicycles are and the food bowl of Mia the cat. In the hallway to the front door is the toilet. First floor: On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. The large bedroom has a double Auping bed. This bedroom has a dressing room that is not for guest use. The small bedroom has a single bed with a trundle bed, so 2 people can also sleep here. The bathroom has a shower, and a toilet. Attic room: In the bright attic with windows all around there is another bedroom, with a single bed again with a trundle bed. Guest access All rooms are available for guest use, except the workingroom above the children's playroom and the wardrobe room Other things to note Our relaxed cat Mia is also stauing in the house. She doesn't need much except a bowl of (dry) food and water a day
