Bright apartment with access to the beach

Large airy apartment in new building. Bright and nice bedrooms along with living room and kitchen on loft floor. Tiled hallway and inviting ground floor bathroom. Centrally located on the beach property at Krøgeneskilen. There's a bus to the city about every 15 minutes. In a short walking distance from the apartment, Arendal's new pride is the bathing island of Løkholmen (see attached photos). There is a private trampoline, dinghy, jetty and beach on the property that is shared with the host family if we are at home. About 45 min. drive to the Zoo in Kristiansand. The space The main house has a garden with beach and jetty. Guests can use the beach and borrow a rowing boat for free. Also used by the host family. There is a short walking distance to shops (Meny, Kiwi, REMA 1000, pharmacy, bakery, Europris). Guest access Guests have access to a shared beach and jetty. Garage in the same building as the apartment is used by the host family. Other things to note It is just a 15 min. drive to Raet National Park on Hove, Tromøya, with fantastic hiking opportunities. It is a 45 min. drive to the Zoo in Kristiansand. We have a stair gate/safety gate that can be quickly mounted if you come with small children.
