Eagleville Brook Cottage

This is a vintage small cottage built in the early 1900's. The tin ceilings are original. It has been lovingly renovated. There is a nice deck overlooking a stream and forest. The stream is accessible for older children and dogs to play in. There is a fire pit next to the stream. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher with easy access to the outdoors. Great for relaxing. The space The cottage is cozy with steep steps to the upstairs Master. The downstairs double bed is not private. The bathroom is on the first floor with a claw foot tub. The kitchen is fully functional and handy to cook in. Although the kitchen table is small there is an additional table and chairs on the deck. There is a picnic table near the fire pit. A small gas grill is available to use out back.
