Located in Tumon’s hotel zone—about a 5-minute walk to the beach for adults, or around 10 minutes with children. The building has central A/C running 24/7 year-round. A dedicated water heater and tank provide reliable hot water. All bedding and towels are allergy-care or OEKO-TEX certified. We wash and provide them freshly for every stay. During your stay, guests are responsible for washing linens/towels as needed. If permanent stains occur that cannot be removed, replacement costs may be charged. Wi-Fi available and Netflix ready.
