Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located upstairs unit. This two bedroom apartment is one of three units on the same property. Unique and interesting art fill the walls from travels and collecting. This colorful and bright apartment is spacious and private. A newly remodeled kitchen make this open space a convenient place to prepare a meal. Two large bedrooms and a new and updated bathroom provide comfort and tranquility. A large shared yard with BBQ, couch, tables and lawn games. The space This unit is one of three separate units in the same property. This is an upstairs apartment above a four car garage so no guests are below you. Upon entering you will find a large bright and sunny open living room/dining/kitchen, great for gathering. The newly remodeled kitchen makes for a wonderful place to whip up a meal to share with family or friends. Two bedrooms each with a close. One newly remodeled bathroom. There is an air in a large basket in the living room. Bedding included. Extra pillows in the closet. Plenty of extra blankets, linens and towels. Downstairs is a shared yard with another studio (Airbnb) plenty of room for everyone. Who knows, you might meet new life long friends. A gas fire table, bbq pit, table and chairs, sectional sofa, umbrellas, cornhole, darts, string lights . An extra tall industrial fence provides ultimate privacy in a downtown environment. Please respect the neighbors as well as the other guests. A 10:00pm noise ordinance will be enforced. Parking for your unit has a driveway for one vehicle. Any extra vehicles must park on the ample street parking. *Note* This is a NO SMOKING unit. This includes cigarettes, vapes, cigars, marijuana, cloves etc… A $250 fee for smoking inside the unit. Guest access Parking is behind the main house (12 Winham St) through Harvest Alley. The alley runs alongside the main house and PAST the first double car garage and driveway. Pass the green two story unit. There will be a “14” on the side of the building. You will park ONE car in the driveway and enter through the gate to your right of the driveway. If you have more than one vehicle you must park on the street directly behind the unit. DO NOT park in either of our neighbors parking lots. These are both private property and your vehicle will be towed. Other things to note Easy access to Highway 101 north and south. Direct access to Highway 68: 20 minutes to Monterey, Carmel or Pacific Grove. Big Sur is a gorgeous one hour drive down Highway 1 outside of Carmel. Award-winning wineries and tasting rooms along the Santa Lucia Highlands. Go to riverroadwinetrail.com to check events. A short 5-minute walk will find you in quaint Old-town Salinas. Stop in and say hi to Colin and Lauren at Farmer's Union Pour House for a large selection of craft beer and local wines. Grab a skirt steak sandwich and garlic fries at Dubbers Sports Bar. Other dining includes Patria for mediterranean, Gino’s for italian, Growers Pub for steaks and salads. For mexican food try Villa Azteca or for the best molcajete and chavela in town, walk across the street to Casa Del Sazon! The historic Steinbeck Center is a 10-minute walk to the end of Old-town. The Maya movie theater, Farmer's market and the Ariel theater can also be enjoyed. For locally owned boutique shopping, don't miss Bliss Boutique, Head over Heels, and The Little Mustard Seed. For spa services, call Aquablue. For body waxing or facials, walk two doors down from the studio to Complexions Salon and ask for Daisy! Visit during the 3rd week in July and the city is filled with cowboys, horse trailers, and rodeo clowns for the California Rodeo Salinas. carodeo.com Spend the day in Monterey either renting bikes or paddle boards. Take a stroll down Cannery Row and then enjoy an afternoon at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Wander down Fisherman's Wharf and stop in at Fisherman's Grotto for some award-winning clam chowder. You can also book a whale-watching excursion at the kiosk at the end of the wharf. Take a drive to Pacific Grove along Ocean View Blvd and stop at Lover's Point Park for a picnic and kid-friendly swimming. Continue on to the tide pools along Ocean View and eventually arrive at the gates of 17-Mile Drive. If you arrive at sunset, stop in at Spanish Bay to hear the famous bagpiper. Further down, you will find the world-renowned links of Pebble Beach. A cocktail on the 18th hole at Sticks restaurant is mandatory! Carmel is a 10-minute drive from Pebble Beach. Visit Ocean Avenue for lunch or dinner, art, shopping and wine-tasting. Visit Caraccioli Cellars for their award-winning sparkling rosé. The Monterey Bay area has numerous hiking trails for all levels of difficulty. Do not miss Point Lobos State Natural Reserve for incredible views while walking along the coast.
