The space The one-level cottage has an open concept sun room, living room and kitchen with an outdoor deck that surrounds the back of the house facing the lake. The main deck off the kitchen has a dining table with umbrella that seats six. There is a picnic table a few steps down the deck onto the lawn and under the maple tree and another 8-person dining set under an umbrella on the dock. Three bedrooms and a full bath are right off the main living area while the primary bedroom with en suite is at the end of the kitchen and has its own entrance/exit. Guest access You'll access the home beside the main parking spots with a hidden key in the lockbox. Enter through the sliding patio door into the sunroom. You have access to the entire property. Other things to note Cottage in the cove is a special place. Morning sunrises. Birds flying, ducks swimming and fish jumping. You are surrounded by old growth trees behind you and the beautiful lake in front of you. No need to leave the house (unless you want to visit some incredible wineries, microbreweries, distilleries, restaurants, ice cream stands, waterfalls, live music, boat tours, Watkins Glen races, etc).
