Cozy country pool getaway that's pet allowed!

Large solar heated pool for summer fun! Pool is seasonal and shared. Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings on one acre at the end of a cul-de-sac. It's a cozy little suite with a large yard. Private space all to yourself, with parking and seperate entrance. AC, queen bed, sleeper sofa, microwave, Keurig coffee, Air fryer, hot plate and mini fridge. Bathroom with necessary toiletries, sink and large walk in shower. If you like, Amish style sticky bread will be left out for your enjoyment. The space Scenic farmland treeline views. Private parking spot and entrance, New Lane foldout sleeper sofa and extra pillows and lines. TV with streaming service, large private bathroom with basic toiletries provided - stand up/sit down shower and handheld shower head, AC and heat, Keurig and K-Cups, air fryer with induction hotplate and microwave for basic cooking (no kitchen!), mini fridge with freezer. You will have some plates, cutlery, pots and pans. -The Pool and Outdoor Paradise (Seasonal)- Our gated pool area is the perfect place to unwind. It features a large in-ground pool with a Turbo Twister slide, and a screened pool house equipped with tables, lounge chairs, electrical outlets, and a gas grill. The pool is shared with me and other guests, and everyone typically gets a few private hours to themselves during their stay. If you want guaranteed, total pool privacy, it can be made exclusive to your group for an additional fee. You can also enjoy beautiful evening lighting and a cozy fire pit (just remember to bring your own wood!). -A Few Quick House Rules- To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone in the building, please keep the following in mind: Visitor Policy: To keep our property secure, please notify me if you plan to have guests drop by. There is an extra charge for multiple visitors (see house rules), and unapproved guests may be turned away. Pet Policy: We welcome up to 1 pet (see house rules)! Please ensure they are added to your booking so the pet fee is properly applied. (I also have a furry friend—a cat who lives upstairs with me!). Community Vibe: Because this is a shared building, you may occasionally hear the joyful sounds of other guests or children through the walls. We enforce and respect quiet hours to keep things peaceful for everyone. Parking: You will have 1 dedicated personal parking spots in the driveway, with additional street parking available.
