The space NEIGHBORHOOD We are in Lettere (Monti Lattari), a short walk from the Castello di Lettere. Quiet and breezy area all year round, with clean air and views of Vesuvius and the sea. By car: Pompeii 10–15 min, Herculaneum/Vesuvius 30 min, Sorrento/Amalfi/Maiori/Vietri/Naples ~40 min. Ideal base for discovering Campania, with its sea, nature, and archaeological sites. VILLA Completely independent and panoramic property, surrounded by greenery. Two separate levels: - Bright upper floor with balcony overlooking the sea. – Lower floor with rooms in the rock, cool and evocative.
