A family-friendly development, DAMAC Hills hosts regular community events; whilst the popular Global Village, IMG Worlds of Adventure, Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Butterfly Garden are all just a short drive away. - Check-in and Check-out Timings Standard check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to the availability and additional charges may apply! - Local Taxes Tourism Dirham tax of AED 10 per night is applicable on this Property, as well as 5% Value Added Tax. We will collect these taxes on arrival, should it not be collected by AirBNB automatically for any reasons. - Bedrooms Bedrooms: This property has one (1) bedroom as shown in the description. - Standard Occupancy This property is suitable to accommodate up to three (3) adults. We can provide additional foldable beds upon request. Each foldable bed is coming with a pillow, linen, bath towel and a hand towel suitable for one (1) person. There is a one-time charge of AED 250 per foldable bed set. - Maximum No of Guests & Visitors Maximum Occupancy: Maximum number of guests allowed for any property is two (2) adults and two (2) children under 14 years of age for master bedroom or studio AND two (2) adults and one (1) child per additional room. Maximum number of visitors allowed is one (1) adult and one (1) child under 14 years of age per bedroom, with no more than six visitors at a time. - Guest Registration We will need passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your check-in if copies of your IDs are not provided on-time. - Additional Services List of additional services such as early check-in and late checkout, pack & play Baby Cot or High Chair, Fold-able Bed Set suitable for one (1) person, One-time Grocery Shopping before your arrival, Additional Cleaning during your stay with or without linen/towels change, Airport Pick-up and Drop-off are available upon request and are subject to availability and additional charge.
