Stunning Waterfront Condo at Boca Ciega Resort 310

Do you want to watch dolphins from your balcony? Our condo is beautiful right on the water with a boho style interior design. Large balcony with stunning view over Boca Ciega Bay. Dolphins come in every evening. 4 people easily sleep here, two in the King size bed in the bedroom, and 2 in the $1,600.00 queen size sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped bar kitchen. There are 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, and washing machine with dryer. Private parking. The condo is smoke free and pet friendly! The space AC is quiet and does the job. We have installed an UVC, UVV light into the central AC that clean the air into HOSPITAL STANDARD. The device take care of bacteria’s, pollen, smoke, viruses (Covid-19 as well..), dust and other small particles we breath every day. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer with ice trays, stove, oven, micro-toaster, dishwasher and more. There are two 50” flat screen TVs, free private fast Wi-Fi and a new big washing machine with dryer. Best quality down feather bedding, linens (with fitted sheets), and towels (and beach towels) are included and you will also find iron, iron board and hairdryer for your convenience. You may use the parking spot 13 in the shade under the building while renting from us. Boca Ciega Resort & Marina is a four story building, built in 2006 on the waterline by Long Bayou close to Madeira beach. It is located in a safe residential neighborhood close to good restaurants and bars. It is within walking distance of some of the popular bars and restaurants in the area and within a few minutes’ drive from some of the po private pier with a sofa at the end you may use if you feel like spotting dolphins or do some fishing. Our own private parking is free & in the shade, next to the elevators. Guest access When you have made your reservation, I will get back to you on your normal email with lots of important and useful information regarding your stay. Then, I will follow to send a separate E-mail that will contain things like door entry code, Wi-Fi code, pool code, bike code and many more codes. Other things to note YOUR COMPLETE STAY IS KEYLESS!
