Lovely 1-bedroom with terrace access

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. An approximately 5 minute walk to Ancoat marina, 9 minutes to Piccadilly train station, 9 minutes to the Northern Quarter, 16 minutes to the Arndale Centre and 20 minutes to Etihad stadium along the canal route. You have access to the bathroom which is upstairs and WC with sink next to your room. Please be aware there are two gorgeous ragdoll cats in this home. With open litter trays in the bathroom and WC The space The property is a gate development. The room which would be yours for the duration of your stay is on the ground floor of this 2-level home and has double doors which open up to a terrace. The terrace looks out on to the canal which is a branch off from the Ashton Canal. As this is my home, access is through one a set of doors, there is no seperate access. You are welcome to come and go as you please. Next to the room is WC with a little sink. The main bathroom (shared) is upstairs. Indoors, it is a shoes off policy. If you prefer not to walk barefoot I have some indoor slippers. Guest access There is a terrace with a cocoon chair and garden table and chairs, where you can sit, chill and enjoy the canal view. As a guest you will have full access to the bedroom with terrace access, downstairs toilet and the bathroom which is via the lounge. Guests are welcome to use microwave, kettle and can store a few items in the fridge, in the kitchen if needed. The lounge is for my personal use, unless invited. The guest bedroom door needs to stay closed to keep the cats out. I try to ensure that there is cat hair in the room but there may be one or two rogue cat haris. During your stay I am happy for guests to message me via the app in the run up to and during their visit. Other things to note The doors to the bathroom and WC need to be slightly open so that Amarachi and Kamsiyochuckwu have access to their litter trays, don't worry there are airfreshners in the bathroom and WC. Absolutely no smoking indoors.
