Ideal for families or people in need of temporary accommodation. Accessible for reduced mobility, being on one floor and without any stairs. Up to 6 bedrooms and 8 beds can be made available. 2 full bathrooms, a heated shed/storage space in the house for storage. Other things to note Very quiet area, we will be strict about non-compliance with the regulations concerning the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. We accept rentals for a period of 32 days or more. By selecting these 32 days in the calendar, you will get the actual rental price. We make this fully equipped house available for families in transition, disaster victims or people in need of temporary housing, such as workers. Possibility of providing a weekly cleaning of the complete house. Additional fee of $35/hour, plus taxes. We are open to proposals regarding rental arrangements and room layouts, we can change single beds for larger beds as needed.
