Our back house studio sits as a separate structure to the main house. This unit features 15 ft vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen, recently renovated master bathroom, and in unit washer / dryer. We are located about two blocks from Sloans Lake and are walking distance from the shops at Edgewater and Edgewater public market (tons of restaurants and breweries within a few blocks) Our unit is about 5-10 minutes from Downtown Denver / The Highlands and 10-15 minutes from Red Rocks / the foot hills. The space Our unit features an office on the first floor, along with a 3/4 bath and some storage. Upstairs is a studio open floor plan with 15 ft vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen, washer / dryer, and large living space. Guest access You will access to the entire space minus the garage. We do allow storage of skis, bikes, etc upon request. Other things to note Parking: The Garage and parking is used by the main residence. Parking on the street is free and the neighborhood is extremely safe. We will try to accommodate one off situational requests, feel free to message us with any questions.
