It overlooks the first hole of the Monument Golf Course and is a short walk to the Alpine chairlift. It is a 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath home that can accommodate up to 18 guests. Every square inch of this home is flawlessly styled, and it feels like you’re on the set of an HGTV show from the second you walk through the front door. As you move into the great room, you’re warmly welcomed into the living area of the home with an abundance of sunlight from all the windows and the high ceiling. There’s plenty of seating around the gas fireplace and HD television on the sectional and side chair. The substantial, eat-in kitchen has a large peninsula with seating for four and is open to the dining area with seating for eight more. This fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a French-door refrigerator, 5-burner gas range, dishwasher, and microwave. A sliding glass door off the dining area opens up to the screened-in-porch with tons of seating. In the backyard, there is a gas grill and a fire pit, plus a private hot tub. This outdoor area will be the perfect hangout spot this summer. Around the corner from the kitchen is a hallway with a laundry room to the right and a half bath to the left. There is also a main floor master bedroom overlooking the golf course with a king bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath. The bathroom has a stand-alone tub, separate walk-in shower, private latrine, and double sinks. As you make your way upstairs, you will find a loft seating area separating two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. In the loft, there is a sofa sleeper with a full-sized bed. From the stairs, the bedroom to the left has a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and its bathroom includes a walk-in shower and single sink. The other bedroom has a stand-alone king bed and its bathroom has a combination tub and shower and single sink. In the lower level, there is a large entryway from the garage, large laundry room, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. The two bedrooms both have a queen-over-queen bunkbed. Our arrival instructions, include your Property Manager's contact information, along with the address of the property and access information. If we are not able to email you, we can copy and paste those instructions in the Airbnb app but it will not be formatted correctly and may have some information omitted due to Airbnb rules. Other things to note Private transportation is recommended for all of our property locations as public transportation(Uber,Lyft etc) are not common in Northern Michigan.
