Roxburgh Guest Suite

Relax and enjoy fantastic views at this peaceful place to stay. The space Attached to the main house guests will enjoy a queen bedroom, separate bathroom, with laundry facilities and an open plan sunny living/kitchen area in a modern newly built unit. The kitchen has full cooking facilities and an amazing view of the Clutha River. There is a fold out couch in the living area along with freeview TV. Free wifi is available. We supply towels and linen. We also supply tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk. Water is heated by gas and a heat pump heats or cools the house as required. The space is recommended for two adults but another guest may be allowed by arrangement. Note: The unit is around 50 metres from State Highway 8, this can be a busy road and some people have noticed the traffic sounds. Guest access The space is attached to our own house and access is via the shared gate. The gate is electronic but you will be provided with a hob and code for the lock box. The space is self check in. There is free parking next to the house. It is appreciated that the gate is kept shut at all times. Other things to note The unit is situated just outside of Roxburgh towards Dunedin. It is next to the Roxburgh Golf Course and is a five minute drive or thirty minute walk to the centre of town. There are many cycling trails or walks around the area and it is a wonderful place to relax after a big day of cycling. It is halfway between Dunedin and Queenstown.
