Bright room on the 2nd floor with a double bed 140 x 200 m facing north in an almost 100-year-old chalet villa with the charm of a bygone era, carefully partially renovated with a historic interior on a large, established property in the center of Murnau. 20 minutes' walk to the train station, 4 minutes' walk to the accident clinic and 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone. From the property there is a great mountain view, 7 minutes from the highway exit, free parking at the house or along the street in front of the house. The space Whether a short break, romantic vacation for two, or a stay for a short time, the charming chalet villa is an enchanting dreamy relic of the past far away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There is ample parking on the spacious property. The terrace and the adjoining garden face south with magnificent mountain views. On the 2nd floor is the room of about 12 m². It faces north and is therefore quiet to other gardens of adjacent properties. On the same floor there is a bathroom with toilet. Another toilet is located separately on the ground floor and can also be used. The bathroom on the 1st floor is shared, as is the kitchen and garden. The kitchen on the ground floor may be used. It is fully furnished, all common electrical appliances are provided. There is a guest refrigerator. Milk, coffee (fully automatic with grinder), tea, oil, sugar and basic spices are provided. Please bring your own food. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to write to me. Guest access In the house, 3 rooms are rented to guests. A total of 2 people live on the ground floor and in the attic room. The bathroom on the ground floor is private. An old wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor. This staircase creaks really hard and you should use it without shoes. It's still loud enough! The house is noisy, mutual consideration is an advantage. It is therefore a lively house, but everyone also has their retreat options. I live with my partner Kerstin only about 400 meters away. Since we also rent to allergy sufferers, it is unfortunately not possible to bring pets. During your stay You are welcome in our small community, an open house, open mind, trust as a basis... those who prefer to be alone are just as welcome Other things to note In the garden there is a beautiful old circus wagon. This is also offered on Airbnb and can accommodate 2 people. This property is managed by Heinz, the resident on the ground floor, and it is a good option if you are several people and need additional accommodation. Since we also rent to allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed unfortunately. If you arrive before 3:00 pm, your luggage can usually be left earlier. For bicycles, there is a good parking space right by the house. The gate to the entrance is usually closed overnight. The bicycles are usually dry and safe at the house, but it is only a roof overhang. In case of heavy rain, the bikes could also get wet.
