Nestled in the grounds of one of Sidmouth’s most prestigious listed buildings, The Garden Room is a great place to escape and surround yourself in greenery and nature whilst only being situated a few minutes walk from the seafront and town centre. The position in our garden means you can enjoy a private and relaxed experience in your own space. We pride ourselves on developing a unique garden space that is reflective of its heritage and which is attractive to local wildlife so you can watch the birds come and go whilst you enjoy a morning coffee. It has a private entrance so you can come and go as you please. It also comes with a permit for on street parking just outside the property. Please note: - The Garden has a few steps up to the Garden Room. - We do not provide breakfast or a kitchen but do provide tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge Guest access Separate private access is via a short walk along the rear of the terrace to a gate at the back of the garden. You have your own terrace at the top of the garden situated next to The Garden Room Other things to note We do not provide breakfast (or kitchen facilities). But given our central location there are lots of great places to eat out just a short minutes walk away We do provide a fridge and tea coffee making facilities. Please enquire about Working from the Garden Room (WFH) during your stay.
