Sunrise Shanty is a one bedroom, three quarter bathroom house on Ocean Street in Stonington. The cottage is small but mighty in its offerings. The primary access brings you in to the kitchen of the cottage, this space is freshly painted and has some nice updates including a new fridge as well as a small snack bar. From the kitchen there is a 3/4 bathroom with tile floors and a nice glass shower. There is a small set of steps leading up from the kitchen/bathroom space which opens to a living area with large views of the thoroughfare and comfortable seating including an arm chair and a full size couch. In the corner of the room there is a small dining table for two. The cottage is mostly open concept which makes the space open and bright. Another small set of stairs from the living area brings you up to the queen bedroom. The bedroom has views of the harbor, a full closet, two night stands and a dresser. The outside of the cottage has a wonderful crushed stone patio with a gas grill as well as a sitting area. The cottage has access to the ocean at high tide so you could drop in your kayak and head out for a scenic paddle.
