Loft by the Lake

Relax and unwind in our beautiful tiny home across the road from the main channel of Lake Hamilton. Enjoy lake views and lake access just a block away. Take a small walk or short drive to the gated community park where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, grilling, sunsets or launch a boat! This quiet one bedroom, one bath home has vaulted ceilings with a quaint loft perfect for reading or just enjoying the lake view. This is the perfect lake getaway! The space The living room is furnished with 2 rockers and a 55” flat screen roku tv. It also has an adorable window seat perfect for reading a book or looking at the lake. The loft is furnished with comfortable seating, books and a small desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need including a table and chairs. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with a ceiling fan and a flat screen roku tv. The bathroom has a bathtub shower. Enjoy the deck on one of our rockers with lake views. We have a few stray cats that occasionally visit the deck and all the neighbors are very friendly. There are small charcoal grills in the shared gated community park along with picnic tables. A key will be provided for access. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and property. Other things to note No smoking allowed inside or on the property. We are just 15 minutes to just about anywhere in Hot Springs including historic downtown. This home is limited to 2 guests and is not suitable for children, but is perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. Winter lake draw down takes place for the months of November through February. Lake management typically lowers the lake 3-5 feet. This will expose the lake bed in shallow areas.
