Located blocks to both Hollywood Blvd. and Santa Monica Blvd. with easy access to shopping in the Melrose District and Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, sightseeing in Hollywood (TCL Chinese Theatre and the Walk of Fame), hitting the beach and enjoying the hottest dining and nightlife in West Hollywood. This private home puts you at the heart of everything LA! The space This entire home is a truly beautiful space with soaring 20ft cathedral and vaulted ceilings throughout; the property location provides access to the heart of Hollywood and the surrounding Los Angeles area; at your arrival you'll see the 9ft tall large black iron security gates for the driveway and 25ft tall hedges that surround the property that set the stage for your vacation retreat. The home itself is a well-kept "Tudor style" on the exterior with lots of original charm and also modern convenience on the interior. Upon your entrance you're greeted with a spacious open concept foyer, living and dining room complete with TV, fireplace and hardwood floors, perfect for your vacation gatherings. The light and bright 22ft full kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop/oven, marble countertops, tall ceilings and access out to the backyard. It boasts 4 bedrooms in total, 3 bedrooms all with their own TV's and a (1) smaller "study" which has been outfitted to sleep 2 more guests with double doors and TV, all with voluminous ceilings. Their is 2 master suite's which both have fully remodeled ensuite baths. Both “master bedrooms” have French doors that open onto a large deck. The main master bedroom has a KING sized bed with custom headboard and TV. The main master bath also has a separate shower and soaking tub, marble floors , marble dual sink vanity, one "hers" walk-in-closet and one "his" double closet. The second master bedroom has a QUEEN bed, TV, closet, mini fridge/breakfast station and bathroom with shower, floating vanity & single sink; also its own French doors out to the backyard deck as well. The third bedroom has a QUEEN bed, TV, soaring cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, a double closet and faces the park-esque front yard. Additionally, there's a study, which has been outfitted as bedroom with a DOUBLE bed and TV. The main bath with tiled/glass shower and marble countertop services the other two bedrooms. There is a full stackable washer and dryer inside the house for your use. The fully fenced private backyard is a great place to gather outside with family/friends, use the Bbq Grill, tan in the sun chaise lounge chairs, dine at the outdoor picnic table, umbrella and benches or relax in the conversation area by day or light up your night with our huge 250 string light canopy that sits 12ft-25ft high and drapes across the entire back yard for nighttime ambiance with our 9ft x 16ft POOL which is enveloped by the backyard deck just off the back 2 ensuite master bedrooms for you and your guests enjoyment! Our house is located in Hollywood where you literally have access to the best of the Los Angeles area at your doorstep; restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping, hiking, amusement parks, beaches, museums and sightseeing. HSR22-001081 Guest access The entire private main home; Except for detached back structure which may be used by owner/tenant/property manager at times. Potential for owner/tenant to access detached structure via walkway/driveway, however all driveway parking is reserved for you as my Airbnb guests only - please ONE car ONLY & no shuttle bus vehicles. Please allow 3ft passage from parked vehicle to house (see yellow tagged space to park within). Please park towards the hedges on right and closer to driveway security gate. Detached structure may be inhabited, just note that driveway maybe used just as a walking path. But Airbnb backyard is totally gated, private and separated from any others access. Other things to note There is absolutely NO smoking of ANY kind inside the house. Additionally, no marijuana or marijuana products inside the house unless kept in a SEALED ziplock bag/container at all times (just the odor of marijuana that isn't kept in a sealed bag/container can still affect the scent of the property after checkout) additional fees may apply if professional odor removal is required. We provide fresh towels and extra linens in addition to an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Additionally, there is Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash in the property for your convenience. In the kitchen we provide most everything you need to cook at home including a set of pots and pans, cutlery and dishes for 10 people. Additionally, there is a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, air fryer, microwave, gas range and stove, dishwasher and tea kettle. Lastly, with the use of our POOL, please know that you and your guests swim at your/their own risk, there is also NO DIVING, the pool is a maximum depth of 4 ft. Please refrain from having glass in the pool OR on the pool deck. NO unattended minors at the property, especially in the pool or on the pool deck. House must be closed & exterior doors locked upon checkout with lights off and heat/AC off. Potential for $500 fine otherwise. Please no "shuttle vans" for onsite parking for ease of parking and access down driveway.
