New (May 2022) modern vacation home for 2 adults and 1 baby. Located in the village of Westkapelle, 200 meters from the dike and the sea. The beautiful clean beach is accessible 500 meters from the house. The house is well insulated for a comfortable stay throughout the year. You can do many activities in Westkapelle and surrounding villages, such as fishing, surfing and shopping. The surrounding villages are easily accessible by bike, as are the cities of Middelburg and Vlissingen. The space In front of the house is a large driveway, where the car can be parked for free. Upon entering, you enter the hall with a separate spacious toilet and a bathroom with sink and rain shower. In the hall there is space to put a stroller, for example, and here is also the staircase to the first floor with a spacious bedroom and a large double bed 180x210. If a baby/child (up to about 3 years old) comes along, we will add a baby bed. In the bedroom, there is a 43-inch television. Under the stairs is a closed cupboard with the washing machine. You also have access to the living room/kitchen from the hall. There is also a 43-inch television in this room. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, a combi oven, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. Nespresso machine, coffee maker and kettle, toaster are all included. From the living room/kitchen, you can access the enclosed south-facing terrace with a nice garden set through the French doors. Good to know: There is a charging station for electric cars in our street, 50 meters from the house. If desired, bicycles can be placed in a closed bicycle shed, and there is also a possibility to charge the bicycles there. Guest access The entire space of the vacation home. Other things to note The tourist tax in 2026 in the municipality of Veere is €2.42 per person per night. Also for babies if applicable. These are additional costs. This has to be paid after arrival. Bed linen is included. Towels are not included, but can be rented. 4 pieces for 7.50 In the summer months of July and August, we only change on Fridays and we rent for a minimum of 7 nights. Our changeover days are basically Mondays and Fridays. Other days in consultation.
