Cozy apartment - ideal location in Neuhausen

Very Cosy, bright and quiet flat in the middle of the city. My beautiful flat is ideal for couples, solo travellers or two friends who want to explore Munich. The flat is located between the neighbourhoods Westend/Maxvorstadt/Neuhausen and therefore you can reach any of these in just a few minutes by foot. The subway takes you to the other interesting parts of the city in a few minutes. I love my flat and hope you do too! The space I rent out my beautiful flat when I am travelling, to enable me to do exactly that :). IMPORTANT: My rental is in the classic "Airbnb style". Meaning, I rent out my flat where I regularly live, as it is. If you're looking for a hotel-like Airbnb, you're not in the right place. If you're looking for fully equipped accommodation with charm and don't mind a personal detail or two, I welcome you very warmly. You have the whole accommodation to yourself. Guest access The flat is on the 1st floor (without lift). The flat is ideally located. (11 min from the main station) - Maillingerstraße (U1) -> 8min walk - Marsstraße (Tram 16/17/N17) -> 3min walk - Donnersbergerstraße (53, 63, 153, X30) --> 5min walk - Donnersbergerbrücke (S1, S2, S3, S4, S6, S7, S8, RB55 RB56, RB57, RB58) -->10min walk Other things to note The flat is equipped with very good Wi-Fi (fibre optics). Two people can work in parallel with video calls without any problems.
