Peaceful double bedroom in charming cottage

A lovely quiet double bedroom in a recently refurbished two bedroom cottage. The cottage is settled within a wild garden in the beautiful Border's village of Gattonside. 15 mins walk from Melrose and 25 mins walk from Tweedbank station with direct access to Edinburgh. The space This is our two bedroom cottage which we have spent the last 18 months renovating ourselves. We are thrilled to be able to share this with visitors. It's a good size and very bright for a cottage and surrounded by a lovely and rather wild garden. The birds are the soundtrack to our day! Guest access Guests will have their own private double bedroom with a large desk. There is only one bathroom so that will be shared with us during the stay. The bathroom has a great shower (amazing water pressure) and a good sized bath. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for tea/coffee and breakfast, we would rather guests ate out for supper (there are some amazing local options and we are happy to recommend) but are happy to discuss this on a case by case basis. There is a good size sitting room you are also welcome to use, however keep in mind we will also be using this space.
