This cozy 3 BR/2 BT home sits in a peaceful & quiet neighborhood that has a walking trail minutes from it’s doorstep. The home features High Speed Internet & Wifi, a dedicated work space, and a private patio. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you'll need to make a home cooked meal. Close to shopping & restaurants, 4 major highways, 15 minutes away from Hobby Airport, 25 minutes away from downtown & 45 mins from Galveston! The space As you walk into the house you’re greeted by high ceilings and an open living space. The kitchen/ dining area includes complimentary snacks and a coffee bar. Complimentary beverages can be found in the fridge. The living room has a 65 inch T.V., a couch with 2 reclining chairs, a love seat with 2 reclining chairs, a single reclining chair. You will also find a lap top friendly work space. Full bathroom located in hallway with a bath/shower combo. There are a total of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed chest of drawers, nightstands, lamp, T.V. and a ceiling fan. The private full bathroom features a shower and garden tub with jets. The 2 additional bedrooms each have a queen bed and a nightstand. On-site washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. Guests will be able to access the private fenced in back yard. WHAT'S PROVIDED Towels, toothbrushes and miniature toiletries (toothpaste, lotion, body wash, shampoo & conditioner) in the bathroom. In the Kitchen we have a Keurig, Ninja Blender, Toaster, Pans, Bakeware, Eating/Cooking Ware and Utensils, Glasses, Wine Glasses, Coffee Mugs & To Go Coffee Cups that you may use. A few spices are located in the pantry. PARKING You may park up to 3 cars on the property. Guest access Guest will have full access to the entire property, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and private fenced in back yard. The guest will not have access to the garage. If you would like to use the garage please let us know by sending a message prior to booking. Requests will be considered but not guaranteed. Other things to note CHECK-IN/OUT Our check-in time is any time after 3:00 p.m. and check out time is at 11 a.m. Early check In or late check out is offered for a small fee of $35.00 and unauthorized late check out is a $150 fee. Often times, the next guest checks in 4 hours after your departure. Please ensure you follow check out time and procedures. QUIET HOURS No Parties are allowed on property. Quiet Hours will be strictly enforced and are between the hours of 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Being loud in the backyard during this window will not be tolerated by neighbors. Backyard and side hneighbors will not hesitate to alert the authorities. GUESTS All guests must sign in to Airbnb and be added to the reservation before check in. Failure to do so is a violation of the house rules and a violates the policy of making a reservation on AirBnB. If there are any changes to the number of guests in your reservation please let the host know immediately so that your reservation can be updated. There will be an additional charge of $50 per guest per day if the number of guests booked for the reservation is exceeded at any point in time within the reservation. SMOKING Is permitted in the backyard on the patio but not inside the home or in front of the property. There is an additional $500 cleaning fee if you smoke inside the home. PARKING You may park up to 3 cars on the property primarily in the drive way. If you need to park on the street ensure you are parking in front of the home and not in front of one of the neighbor’s home. NO PETS ALLOWED A unauthorized pet fee of $250.00 will be charged to the guest’s card on file if you bring a pet inside the home or if we find evidence of an animal being inside the home. BE RESPECTFUL WHILE ON THE PROPERTY This is our home. Please treat it with care and respect the neighboring homes. *No refunds will be given if the property is not of your liking or is not what you expected. Please view all pictures and message us with any questions prior to booking. *Review weather conditions ahead of your arrival and be sure to cancel within the required cancelation time. *Please do not remove any items from inside the home. Do not move any furniture unless given prior approval by the host.
