Sea Breeze East - open fire & views of the Clyde

Located in the north Arran village of Lochranza, this house is an ideal jumping off place for hiking, visiting Arran’s attractions or for a day-trip to Kintyre. By day, enjoy watching the yachts come and go and catch sight of some of Arran’s wildlife. In the evening, cozy up in front an open fire after taking in one of Arran’s long sunsets. Please note the property may not be suitable for children under 5 and I don't provide any baby/child equipment (eg stair gates). The space GROUND FLOOR: Living room: With double aspect view over the Kilbrannan Sound and Lochranza Bay, open fire, TV (with Amazon Firestick) and selection of books and games. Kitchen / Diner: Equipped with electric range cooker (double oven, ceramic hob and grill), microwave oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. **Please note condiments (oil, salt and pepper) are not provided although previous guests may leave partly used condiments behind which guests are welcome to use.** Utility Area: With washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom 1: King-size bed and ensuite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 2: Super-king bed (may be configured as two singles). Bedroom 3: Single bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are served by a family bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. ** Please note: Bedding and towels are provided. All duvets are feather and so may not be suitable for guests who suffer from asthma or allergies. Hand soap and toilet paper is provided.
