The "gite du domaine", rated 4 stars, is an old renovated building within a typical Champagne farmhouse. The cottage is located on a working cereal farm. You will be able to see and/or hear tractors and also some farm animals (dogs, chickens, horse...). The space The cottage has on the ground floor an equipped kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room, a bathroom (large extra flat shower tray, double sinks), a separate toilet, a bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200), a "winter" games room with ping-pong table, darts... Upstairs, you will have three twin or double bedrooms (2 beds of 80 x 200 or 1 bed 160 x 200), a double bedroom (1 bed of 160 x 200) with its separate bathroom and a bathroom (large shower tray, double sinks), a separate toilet, a landing that can be converted into a children's playroom, reading corner, .... Outside, you will have a terrace to have your meals and a gravelled area with garden furniture/relaxation area (secure space with barrier for young children), parasol, barbecue, free parking (3 spaces).
