This room also has another smart TV. Guest access There is “unregulated” 2-hour parking in the front, however you will have your own private parking in the rear of the building. Please note that the back of the property parking space is shared with the back rental unit. Please park in the necessary spot for your unit. Other things to note This home is 1 unit out of a 2 unit property. The front part of the building is the Friendly Place, with its own private front entrance. The back half of the building is another rental space, with their own separate and private entrance.
